The Upper Room Jiu Jitsu is a brotherhood of men who train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while striving to live out their faith in Jesus Christ. We believe strong bodies, disciplined minds, and humble hearts are powerful tools for service, leadership, and personal growth. Our gatherings are focused on learning, encouragement, and accountability—on and off the mats. Jiu-Jitsu teaches patience, self-control, and perseverance, while our faith reminds us to lead with integrity, respect, and compassion. Join other men from Grace City Tampa every Wednesday morning from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m. for Cardio and Communion. We'll meet at The Collective (1613 N Franklin St) for a 45-minute workout down on the river walk focused on cardio and core strength. Afterward, we'll gather in the parking lot to share communion, pray for one another, and start the day grounded in faith and community.

Read the Bible with us on a 60 day shred! Over the next 8 weeks we are gathering a group of committed people to commit 1, yes 1 hour a day to engaging in scripture and the presence of God! The goal of this 60 day shred not to go deep in the study of certain parts of scripture, but rather to read through and get an understanding and grasp of the full narrative story of God, His plan and purpose for all of creation, the fulfillment found in Jesus, and an understanding of the empowering of the Holy Spirit that is accessible to us as believers today. We will be active in the group chat for this group weekly, but we will be meeting once a month on Mondays to start the group in the beginning, at the 4 week mark, and at the 8 week mark to cap it off. Again, the goal isn’t perfection, it’s consistency and getting a grasp of the Bible narrative holistically. LET’S DO THIS THING Y’ALL
