Find answers to common questions about the GCT app.

How do I create an account?

Download the GCT app from the App Store or Google Play. You can sign up using your email address. Once registered, you'll have access to messaging, groups, events, and more.

How do I join a group?

Navigate to the Groups section in the app. Browse available groups and tap "Join" on any group you'd like to be part of. Some groups may require approval from a group leader.

How do I manage notifications?

Go to your device's Settings > Notifications > GCT to manage push notifications. Within the app, you can also customize notification preferences for individual conversations and groups.

How do I update my profile?

Tap the "More" tab, then tap your profile at the top of the screen. From there you can update your name, photo, and other profile details.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, please email us at jonpaul@saintsinnovation.com. We will process your request and remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The app is crashing or not loading

Try these steps: (1) Force close and reopen the app. (2) Check that you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play. (3) Restart your device. If the issue persists, contact us with details about your device and the problem you're experiencing.
